08: DB sucks

 I frequently use the Deutsche Bahn (DB) to commute to school. And while i could probably just spend this entire article taking about just how much it sucks, I want to focus in on a particular moment of stupidity today. Alright, let me set the scene: Im on the way to my bus, just as i arrive there, i open up the db Navigator app, ready to present my ticket to the bus driver ...aaaaand i got logged out because of a forced update. Now, this is quite literally the first time this has ever happened in months of using the app, which arguably is worse, because this meant i was entirely unprepared. What the hell were those guys even thinking when they pushed that update? 'Ah yes, I'm sure every commuter perfectly knows their db login info'? What a perfectly thought out plan that was. Anyways, after paying for a bus ticket, i finally had some time to reset my password, and that was that. Still, incredibly stupid.
